Happy Saturday Night Steemit!
I just got home from work, had a quick shower and now the wife is making me some won tons and rice. She's a good wife! 😊
So anyways, before I get into my grub..and throw on more Big Bang reruns while I snuggle with my cat, (wild night I know) I wanted to crank out a post..
All week at work we've been planning for New Year's Eve, we got tons of reservations, a DJ and a special menu worked out, so I've been thinking about the year and the new one that's about to unfold.
If you read the title, I'd love to hear one good thing about 2017 from your perspective. Did anything great happen to you, what was your favorite 2017 event or perhaps what are you grateful for?
Some cynical people may respond, "the best part is it's almost over" and that's fine 😊
Here's my 2017 highlight..
My favorite 2017 moment is joining Steemit!
This year had alot of ups and downs. I had surgery, missed 2 months of work and joined on here while I was laid up recovering. It was a great outlet for me and I've met a ton of awesome people and had a million dollars worth of fun.

i got operation at january this year... i got typhoid and suffer 2 months on 2017.
my father had one operation. my sister was admitted to the hospital.
and my all financial system fall down...
but end of the year we hope 2018 will bring something good..
one thing i get solid is steemit. i am not still successful but wish i could on 2018.

2017 was a comme ci, comme ça kind of year, until I joined Steemit in June. Then it became awesome. Made lots of good friends and had lots of fun. Then Christmas came and my whole family showed up for Christmas with me on the beach! Totally awesome! Here's hoping that 2018 will be a wonderful for all of us here on Steemit! Happy New Year, my friend!

A lot of good things in 2017. Selling my mom's house was the biggest one. It was becoming quite a burden. She moved to a condo so there's not stress with keeping up the yard etc now that my father passed.

I was just writing a post about this! My short answer: Steemit for me as well! But more than that there went through a process of self realization and understood a lot about myself, which is going to completely change how I approach 2018. :)
