Banana Cake Recipe Without sp
Ingredients
120 gr bananas ambon
2 btr eggs
60 gr sugar
100 gr blue walnut flour
60 gr margarine / butter
Toping: cheese, ceres, etc.
Step
Preheat oven 180C. Prepare baking sheet with baking paper.
Liquid margarine / butter until melted only, do not have to boil it later dry cakenya.
Crush the banana with a fork, do not blend so the texture is not lost.
Mixer egg and sugar until fluffy pale.
Enter the banana, stirring using a spatula.Dususul enter the flour gradually, stirring spatula again.
Finally enter the liquid butter / margarine, stirring behind the spatula. Put the dough into the baking sheet and give it a toping to taste on it.
Bake in the oven 25-30 minutes or until cooked (puncture test) according to each oven.
