Hello Karenb54 I'm a friend of kev7000. Kev7000 has locked himself out of his account and was wondering if you have any suggestions on how to get back in.

    HI I have copied his email, has he not kept a copy if his password or steemit password, its a massive one, he could email steemit and see if they can help
