Voting bots?

What do you think about voting bots? Are they ethical and beneficial to the Steemit platform? I’ve thought about using one but I’m hesitant. I’ve run bots on games such as Everquest 2 and Diablo 2, but I have not yet done it on Steemit. What’s you’re opinion on bots?!?!

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

  • Disagreement on rewards
  • Fraud or plagiarism
  • Hate speech or trolling
  • Miscategorized content or spam
