Unfortunately that's enough to be called a spammer. I'm sure that there are plenty of diaries where serial killers wrote: "I wasn't killing people until 2 days ago. Why they are after me?"

"I am a victim."

You can feel that way, and even if that would be true (IMHO it's not) that's not an excuse for spamming (take a look again at those diaries).

Not true.
Also there's a huge difference between name squatting using your own funds to create accounts (by using create_account, etc.) or using your own resources (by mining until HF17) and what you are doing (making others to pay for tons of your new accounts).
I was considering becoming a registrar myself, but amount of effort needed to deal with abusers like yourself require too much hassle.

That is the problem: you don't see it.
They say "The best predictor of future behavior is past behavior".
So lets see:
You have spammed the most viewed post on steemit.
Do you consider it as an abuse?
No.
Did you fixed that by removing your comments?
No.
You have registered tons of accounts using someone other's funds.
Do you consider it as an abuse?
No.
Did you fixed that by giving funds back to registrar or keys to entities (exchanges, well known individuals, etc.) you are usurping?
No.

So no, I'm not saying you won't give the money back, but looking at your record I just would not risk mine.
