From what i remember reading there is no censorship at all. However, posts can be taken off the main trending or hot page for instance but they would still be accessible on the blockchain.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

  • Disagreement on rewards
  • Fraud or plagiarism
  • Hate speech or trolling
  • Miscategorized content or spam
