I decided to make Tiny Crochet Mousies :D

When the weather changes and we enter the cold season, I start thinking about crochet again. Wool and crochet are always related to the rainy season, when our Grandmothers used to sit with a cat beside the window, drinking a hot cup of tea and working on different crochet projects. Last year I was making different Christmas ornaments and experimenting with pullovers. This year I decided to make tiny crochet mice. I used to make them before in Turkey, but using fabrics and a sewing machine. I gifted the mice to some friends who had cats and they loved it. At least it was much better than the quality you buy in the market and survived for years.

My friends told me to make mice and sell them. I never took that serious, because it needs to be more professional and organized. Now I thought why not try! But crochet mice. I will choose which design I like to make and gift some of them to my friends in Tunisia and see how their cats would react. If they like it, I will make them at home and sell them or gift them to some veterinarian and shops. If they like them, they will surely call back.

It is also a nice project for me to be more creative and try new things. I was always passionate about cats topics and everything related to it. Cats love toys and one of them used to sleep with all mice I made for her in one bed. She had to take all of them to bed before she sleeps. That was very cute :D
