First Time Cashing Out On Steemit| From Steem Dollars To Bitcoin To USD Using Coinbase

First is a greeting of a happy and healthy 2018 for all of us. Looking forward more into using Steemit. But as my first 2018 post, I will be posting what I've planned of posting last December of 2017 - cashing out some of my Steemit Steem dollars with Coinbase. Now I can say I've done it and it works. 😉

I did use Coinbase as mentioned. But for those who haven't done it yet but is curious -- how? Here's how I got US dollars from converting my Steem dollars or SBD into bitcoin and from there, into USD with Coinbase.

Let's get to it shall we?

First, I already have some of my Steem dollars (SBD) converted into bitcoins. I also made a post about it along with screenshots. You can view it here - First Time Converting Steem dollars To Bitcoin Using Blocktrades
Those bitcoins are in my Coinbase wallet.
From Coinbase account. Click "Buy/Sell" from the dashboard. Choose "Sell."

Once I sold some bitcoin, I chose the money to be deposited in my bank account which I had just verified as well.
Choose how much bitcoin to sell and hit "Sell Bitcoin."

Confirm transaction.
Total payout $73.31 in a week. Yes I waited 7 days. This transaction was December 15 and the money will be deposited in my account on December 22nd.
Your sell was successful. Just have to wait for 7 days now.

Checking my "Transaction History" from my Coinbase account. Yes, I sold some bitcoins.

After days, I logged in to my account and there it is -- $73.31 already in my account.

From Steem dollars to bitcoin to USD with Coinbase

So there goes my first USD from Steem dollars which is converted to bitcoin and then sold. If you're looking on how to using Coinbase, I hope mine helps and I found using Coinbase easy specially if you're new to it like me. ☺
