I've only recently come across @SirLunchtheHost via @beanz VOTU podcasts.
Interesting that SirLunch talks about treating steemit as a business. So far I'd only looked upon it as a pastime. But I do see how I could improve my progress and up my game by being more focussed and more strategic. To date, it's been more of a 'as it happens' approach.
And the gamification view of steemit. A big YES on that. I used to be very involved with Project Entropia, the first real money economy online RPG game. The similarities between that and steemit I have always found to be very strong. I commonly find myself, unknowingly, referring to other users on steemit as players - which does confuse some people.

Yea, I loved the gamification angle. That's so cool you worked with project Entropia.
I just researched the Entropia Universe a little bit. That is really interesting. Looks like they had a space station sell for over 300k USD. That's amazing. What a great concept. I almost wanted to buy something just reading about the world.
I bet we're right on the verge of crypto and gaming space integrating.
There is a movie coming out "Ready Player 1". It's about this future. It was one of my favorite SciFi books.
