My first payout

I want to understand about steemit technology. Whenever I try to post anything than in the below section there is option as reward i keep that on 100% due to that i never rwceive anything which i earn alot of my money goes to power.
So please help understanding that bull shit and also steemit.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:
