STREET DELIVERY in Baia Mare

This year , in Baia Mare, Romania, took place the first edition of the event ”Street Delivery”. This is an event in which both amateur and professional artists organizes shows in the street. The idea was to put the streets in evidence, to give ”life” and colour to the town. With the ocasion of this event, in Baia Mare it was brought from Liverpool an impresionant 4 meters height sculpture , realised by a citizen of our town, Bogdan Rata. What impressed me most was the colour of this sculpture, a strong red. In this photo i tried to put this sculpture’s color in evidence. I tried to eliminate all the other colours, and to let only that beautiful red color of the sculpture.
In the same event, i managed to capture in my frames a percussion band which impressed me with their talent. I want to show you some photos which i like very much:

I left this photo to the end, because i consider it my best work so far. By its name ”The Sense of Hearing”, it won the 3rd place at a national photography competition with the theme ”Senses”, on a romanian site, where a lot of amateur and professional photographers expose their works.
