Yes! Of course. That is what I meant to say :) But even this one is questionable. Why would someone spam? To get an upvote. right? So, if nobody upvotes, spamming becomes pretty useless I'd suppose...and I'd rather deal with spam or trolls than to get shut down...

    Another option would be a "mute" button where you and ONLY YOU simply don't see the person's comments/posts anymore. That wouldn't be too hard to implement and as long as the data people don't take multiple mutes as a cause to completely remove someone it would be a simple matter of individual action being individual representation without harming anyone else involved.
