SEC will be knocking soon. Steemit's actions in re-centralizing the blockchain have definitively caused STEEM to fail the Howey test. Every Steemian that purchased STEEM from any exchange in the past 4 years is now a victim of Steemit's securities fraud.

P.S. SEC has been known to determine case-load by quantity of consumer complaints...
