I found this apple while walking through Denver. I'm a brewer who raises and breeds apples, so I was happy to find this pink gem. The taste was quite acidic and fairly delicious. Should make a great cider apple prospect. I'll attempt a grafting this year and I'll be growing these bright pink seeds out in the orchard over the following years.

OOOO please keep us posted. That looks like a very unique apple if I've ever seen one. They look like they'd make perfect fried cinnamon apples to go along with some toast and meats for breakfast.
