HOW MY STEEMIT ACCOUNT BEEN HACKED AND HOW IT GOT RECOVERED.

It was on friday morning, I login on my steemit account to check my blog. I saw a post on @hollar account which is one of my follower. I visited his post and I upvoted it, I saw a comment on the post which contain a link from a fellow steemians @prashant, his a steemian friend that do visited and upvoted my post once in a while. I decided to click on the link I saw on his comment at @hollar post, onto my surprise, as I clicked on the link, it directed me to @busy.org and my steemit account is already been login there by me before that very day. After few hours on that same day, I posted on @busy.org, immediately I noticed I couldn't login my account and I couldn't know what to do about, because I was pissed off. I tried to figure out what the problem is all about, I tried all my possible best to login my account and I couldn't, it only showed incorrect password. Is this particular time that I realized that I have been hacked.

After all my efforts, I tried to call some of my friends on steemit @gbenga and @bat-junior. @gbenga directed me to steemcleaners-public on steem chat to seek for help, I did has he told me. To my greatest surprise, I saw @prashant also seeking for help from @steemcleaners-public, its that time I knew @prashant as well has been hacked. I met @pfunk and @guiltyparties on that channels, and I reported to them about my stolen steemit account. I was asked to go to the settings to do account recovery. I did as they said. After doing that, I filled in my details on steemit recovery and they replied me that my account has been worked on and they will get back to me. I went back to steemcleaners-public to report to @pfunk and @guiltyparties. @guiltyparties told me to relax that they are working on it. After 24hours I went back to them and reported that my account has never been recovered, then @guiltyparties told me that it would take up to A day or more.

It took up to four days before my stolen account been recovered. I was shocked, surprised, over joy and happy when I received the mail that my stolen account has been recovered. To my greatest surprise nothing has happened to my wallet and everything is intact.

I want to warn everyday on steemit to be very careful and be vigilant, hackers are in everywhere, don't try to follow any link sent to you without knowing the source. If possible neglect any link sent to you.

I can imagine a life without steemit, I missed everything about it and I love the platform. I love everything and I'm so much in love with the community.
