steemit user told me quality is very important because when we read any blog we get many information from that blog . sometime the high standard quality is very useful to grow skills.
When we get more in-depth information from any blog, the bloggers start liking it and we wait for its next post and we slowly follow it.Then that blogger starts rising
Then that blogger starts to rise but initially there is no identity of that blogger then how will it reach people and when not, how did people know that it.

But in steemit 35% user told me . Quality of post is not matter on steemit or other social media platforms.

First, there is no identity on your blogger, so you have to pay attention to engagement more than quality blog. When you write quality of bogg, then you will start getting in the eyes of people, you will start to rise gradually and this will create your good ranking.
When your ranking becomes good, then you start writing quality posts.
