It didn't work for me :)
I and kr community didn't flag (there maybe few but I couldn't count all of them) him for about three weeks, but he keeps flagging kr posts a lot. While I have no concerns about flagging on repetitively high-rewarded authors, rather I thank to him for balancing bot's influences. But one issue is he's often flagging first post of newbies (or first $100+ post of them), and another issue is he flagged real good posts, which even have over +2000 views since it was linked to other sites(sometimes Google Now suggestion). This discouraged newbies and good-quality authors a lot and is obviously destructive.
However, we still not revenge back, because we believe spreading negativity will ruin the whole Steem community. What's your thought about it?

My thoughts are that you should stop rewarding shitty posts that have 15 views with $100+. If you did that, there would be no flags. Since I have to spend so much time on KR posts every day and there are so many that I consider abuse, I do not have time to look into the history of every author. Get your community and bots under control and you won't have any more issues. When you keep rewarding people like @littlestar, @kb720k, @gotoperson, @godknows who make multiple $100+ posts per day with a single photo then I will stop flagging the posts. Until then, you will continue to receive flags when I have time to review. It's not a tough concept. Stop rewarding shit just because it's Korean and I will have no need to negate the rewards on them. I've told you this multiple times now.

We all know those view counts are fake bullshit. Good try though. Why would a post with 2200+ views get less than 125 votes. Either the views are fake or the content is shit and people don't want to vote. Which is it @clayop? False accusation. Show me how many posts with 15 views and $100+ rewards I voted for. Among those accounts you mentioned, I voted only one post (which has $35) from @littlestar @kb720k and @godknows in last two weeks. There are three posts with +$100 of @gotoperson I voted, but all of them has over +50 views and good participation, over 20 comments.

What I have concerns is flagging on quality posts with high views(mostly from external sites) and community engagements. When one's actions affect negatively a huge portion of the Steemit community, you must ask yourself: why am i doing this?
If you don't value your own investment, then perhaps it's time to figure out how to value it? Destroying others (including trying to take away rewards, even on posts that help others) is perhaps something else, I don't know yet why one would actively want to mess up their own investment. Even though you might think you're not connected to the people whose rewards you take away, you are. We are all in too deep here on Steemit. Seperation is an illusion. You are connected to me, even though you wish it were not the case. This means that in order for Steemit to get big, to the "next level" as they say, operating as a big interconnected organism is in our best interest if we are to even attempt replacing Reddit, and the other one: Facebook. If we fight amongst ourselves over petty stuff, our big goals will be buried. We are all on the same team actually, so destroying people in here serves no purpose. Do we want to go big or play small?
The choice is yours.
I would love to see an end to the flag wars.
We have a lot of work to do and the Steemgigs project could really make a difference in getting people into Steemit. Steemgigs will need some whale support in the beginning, so maybe that's something different to put energy into?

Wherever you go where money is involved, there will be an incrowd laughing all the way to the bank. Little you can do about it, it's a free market, and can you really blame them? A few actually write interesting content.
Maybe with a linear reward curve, some silent whales voting again, and @htooms and @berniesanders settling their differences and trying to do something about this, we could get a trending page that is somewhat presentable to the outside world.
If you must fight, don't fight each other, find a common annoyance and fight that together, not necessarily the trending page, but anything you both hate. I'm sure you can find some common annoyance to fight to benefit people using Steemit. There's nothing wrong with shaking things up a bit every now and again, and there are more effective ways to do that than fighting each other.
