Edit... All bullshit aside, if this little experiment is to survive, the community better police itself. Does it want censorship-proof free expression, or be another "insert predecessor here". It's on everyone to decide for themselves

      Nope they aren't... Nor did I suggest that. I just stated the criteria for criminal negligence. Doesn't matter if they agree. Even if I'm wrong that isn't grounds for flagging.
