Vegan Hamburger Stew
This is the first time I used Field Roast's Hand Formed Burger. I wasn't really feeling burgers so I threw together this Hambuger Stew instead
I started by sautéing the hamburger with Onion, Garlic, salt pepper, thyme and oregano. Once that began to sweat I added a bunch of onion, celery, and carrots and small cob of corn.
I finished it off with some chopped potatoes, a cup of wild rice, a half cup of barley, a good splash of soy sauce, cayenne pepper, lots more black pepper and salt, and 4 large bay leaves.
