You can quickly see at my profile i always have more people followed than following me. The reason is i often go to see my followers and take care i follow all of them. I have been doing this for a few days and i have realized is the right way !! More people will see your posts, you will meet more interesting steemiters ;D , you also will get more upvotes !!
