Hi Dear steemians
Here some people doing downvoting due to their personal grudges. Is this platform has any policy about that.
1)If low reputation people comment on High reputation people post they quickly downvote them because their guilty is that they has low reputation. Low reputation people although make good comment they never upvoted.
if high reputation people comment on post whether their comment is related or not related their comment never been downvoted.... why? because they have high reputation they can write everything whether and all people welcome them just due to his high reputation.
High reputation people quickly got upvote whether they made bad comment, because author of the post has also high reputation and expecting high money.. this platform is only give and take for the high reputation people.
What this platform giving to the new members.nothing until they invest in purchasing steem power. Even High reputation people feel bad to guide the new members.
If there is a group and they making downvoting due to their personal grudges. what is the policy against them of this platform.
If a new member comment on any post and his comment is not related then old members/high reputation people should guide them instead of saying that " Best way is downvoted".. what is this.. I think new members should be given guidance instead of quickly downvoting them.
