Idea: Different reward timing choices when submitting a storysteemCreated with Sketch.

Article by #kyriacos inspired this suggestion. Some people are slower, some faster; some content works slower, some faster. If I post meme commentary on daily news, shorter and faster reward cumulation works on that, and nobody loses anything if it loses visibility by tomorrow. If I post long philosophical article,  I would prefer much longer and slower cumulation, and longer visibility to people who might be interested to read and contribute to the slow paced discussion.

So, when I decide to submit a story, it would be good to have option for differently timed reward algorithms, based on the type of content.

I havent read the white paper and don't know how the various relativistic reward algorithms really work and interact in time-space, or if this is technologically possible in the first place, and I'll leave that side for the more technically oriented, if the community agrees and sees social value in this suggestion. All economic value of Steemit is based on social value.

All comments and ideas for development of this suggestion are most wellcome. If this or similar ideas have been presented and discussed before, please share link.
