It Feels Guilty to Be Inactive on Steemit. Do You Feel the Same?

It's bed time here in our region. The long day is over. While there is a lot that was done today but I felt something missing from it. When I thought more about it, I realized I was regretting not posting or commenting much on Steemit today.

That's me on my first date with the beautiful Keenjhar Lake.

It's not that Steemit is the only thing I have to do (what if it was?). Like most people here on Steemit, I am regular person.

  • I have a full time job to attend.
  • I'm at the peak of an ever strengthing relationship.
  • I have to lose some extra pounds.
  • Soccer has to be back in my life.
  • My friends are good people and I love spending time with them.

But despite doing all this, not doing Steem is what got me thinking. It was a bad feeling. A feeling of guilt. Steemit is such a part of routine now that I regret not posting or commenting for longer durations.

Commenting is one thing I do a lot and it helps me learn a lot. It helps me in other ways too.

  • I get followers when I leave good comments on great posts.
  • Generous authors upvote valuable comments.

See for yourself.

In all honesty, I have always been looking for a platform like Steemit where efforts could be rewarded. I am here and I am in love. There is no looking back I think.

I wish you happy time on Steemit. Share. Narrate. Tell. Contribute.

Steem on!

You are not alone mate.. i feel that too.. probably thats because i have just started on steemit and havent got many followers.. but i think its just a phase and you will do great once the dry spell wears off

Not so much guilt as opportunity lost. When I am active I can grow my account value by 30% or more per week. When not posting, it's stagnant.

nice work
