Love this entire post but I think the most interesting point you make is "The plastic dolls..." Steemit is a different community in that it expects you to engage, provide feedback, and support one another. It is unlike other social media in that the "me me me" mentality is less rewarded. As a newbie on steemit, these types of posts are invaluable. Thank you for sharing your expertise and experiences.
