ARE YOU GETTING PAID TO POST ON FACEBOOK, TWITTER AND INSTAGRAM?

There are a couple of sure-fire reasons why you are on Steemit.

1/ You want to make some money for the content that you create.
2/ Your interested in blockchain and cryptocurrencies

Me? well, I am here because I love all forms of social media. And as a blogger I especially value what we can do here on Steemit and how it can impact on what I do on my sites in a very positive way. I also have a lot of ex Tsu friends here so it is a good meet up site. And if I can make some money along the way so much the better.

For far too long sites like Facebook and Twitter and Instagram have taken our content and used it to create vast profits. Yes, we get to use the sites but is that enough? No I don't think it is and if you are using Steemit to generate income then I think a part of you also thinks that just the use of a site is NOT fair payment for all the profits that our combined efforts create.
Steemit is a change of how we use social media as we earn revenue. The problem is it is quite niche and is never really going to change the bigger picture and cause real change at Facebook HQ, or at least nit in my opinion.
That is why i double my efforts with The8App.
The8App is a social site and app that pays you for ad views and also allows big brands to sponsor you to post for them via the sponsor feed. It is a lot like Instagram and Facebook combined so it is a lot more mainstream than Steemit.

So if you a agree that social media is the biggest unpaid workforce on the planet then here are 2 things you should do right now.

1/ continue to use Steemit and grow your account and help those outside of Steemit that there is a better way to be social and that it is time for them to feel the benefits of what they create and publish
2/ Join The8App and help them change how we use social media. What we do on Steemit as i said is very niche it is a big advancement but it is not knocking on the door and saying this has to change. These big sites won't change unless we do something positive to make them change. Steemit is a move in the right direction. The8App is you shouting out and making it change.
