日本語ポストに関してはいつでもいいような気がします。
現状では#japaneseカテゴリの流れが遅いので半日前のでもちゃんと見られてるようです。
英語圏を対象にした場合はいつがいいのかちょっとわからないですね・・・。
ちなみに私の投稿時間は適当ですが深夜が多めですね。

確かにJapaneseカテゴリで考えたらあまり時間の影響はなさそうですね(もっと盛り上がって欲しいところです...)
