Have you ever taken a good look at yourself and been able to ask this question and make an honest evaluation of yourself?
I wonder how many people have actually sat and gave deep thought into the person staring back at them in the mirror and asked themselves whether they were a good person or not. Below are some questions to help you answer that one important question of whether you really truly are good and moral.
Do you understand the different between good and bad, right and wrong?
Do you apply this knowledge to all aspects of your life and the actions you choose to take?
Do you strive to be as good as you can?
Do you leave others alone to be free and to run their own lives?
Do you violate the rights, property and freedoms of other sentient beings?
Do you support OTHER people who violate the freedom, property and lives of sentient beings?
Do you continue to do so KNOWING that it is immoral and yet do it anyway?
Do you make excuses and justifications for it?
Are the lives and freedoms of other sentient beings yours to take and/or control?
Do you wish and advocate for others to be free?
Do you FORCE/IMPOSE your ideas, decisions, beliefs onto others?
Do you FORCE others into one regime/system or another?
Do yo get SOMEONE ELSE to force/impose your ideas, decisions and beliefs onto others?
Do you get SOMEONE ELSE to force others in to one regime/system or another?
Do you take part in a process of CHOOSING someone else to be put into a position where they can then force said beliefs and ideas onto others?
Is it immoral to force ideas and beliefs onto others?
Is it immoral to IMPOSE a system/regime onto others?
Do you commit harmful actions onto others because someone else told you to?
Do you think for yourself what is morally right and wrong or do you just follow what someone else tells you to?
Are you part of an organisation or institution that harms others and violates their rights, freedoms and lives?
Do you SUPPORT or CONDONE institutions that violate the rights, freedoms and lives of others?
Does the lives of some beings matter more than others?
Ultimately what this comes down to is: Do you commit, support and/or condone theft? Theft of another beings rights, freedoms, property, well being and/or life?
Are you a good person, or do you merely beLIEve you are, or maybe you are striving to be as good as you can be, one step at a time.
In the end, this is something you have to think about yourself on a deep personal level, take a good look at yourself and ask the hard questions about who you are, what you do and what actions you take and/or support.
This doesnt require a response but feel free to do so below if you wish, this is more of something for you to think about on your own.
I LOVE THIS POST!!!! thank you!!! Resteemed and UPvoted!!! me personally, I have to look at myself on a daily basis in order to maintain my good standing under Natural Law and to reap the benefits of living in this manner - of course - before I started living this way - I ran my life into the ground being a self-centered a-hole - but it got to be too much so, the Creator and I turned things around.

Unfortunately the current status quo is based in criminality and many have lost sight of their humanity and true morality.
Is temperature hot or cold? Am I a good person? In as much as I recognize the fact that I have both positive and negative qualities within myself and consciously make an effort to manage and control these qualities in alignment with Natural Law, in spite of outside stimuli, I am. And what is alignment with Natural Law? Not committing any act which harms another or their property!
We all have negatives and positives. That's where "Know Thy Self" and self-control comes in.
Thanks for the great post!
