The reality of SteemIt is a bit brutal.
There are far more people wanting upvotes than there are upvotes.
If you really believe that your blog is so good that it deserves money, then invest in Steem Power and work on that blog full time.
If you just want to look around - use the site as if it is Facebook, and stop worrying about earnings.
