The Top 10 MUST-Read Posts To Supercharge Your Steemit Experience

How to accelerate your Steemit learning curve and get rockin' & rollin' with ease and style?

My first two weeks on Steemit have been testing at times, as I've scrambled to catch up and navigate the how-to's, the system dynamics, and cultural subtleties & customs. It's been fun, challenging, frustrating, inspiring, and more. And having put in a fair amount of time, I hereby shall summarize some of the best posts found that could help a newbie shorten their learning curve...

While there's alot of great insight scattered through several posts and comment threads, this selection draws from a diversity of perspectives on different aspects of the Steemit philosophy, protocol, culture, and crypto-background.

For anyone newer on the site aiming to get up-to-speed and in-the-loop, these reading shall surely serve as excellent guides to fill in some knowledge gaps, create the foundational framework of understanding to come in and contribute to Steemit as a valuable content-producer, and inspire through powerful insight into what separates the wheat from the chaff in this blossming cyberspace.

Enjoy!! :-)

    Written by @aem
One of the top-voted, top-earning posts for good reason... The name of the post sums it up well. Speaking more to the cryptocurrency side of Steemit, this may help you get ahold of what Steem, Steem Dollars, and Steem Power are and how they work.

  2. The Secret To a Successful IntroduceYourself Post... And The #1 Mistake To Avoid
    Written by @cryptoctopus
This one is an EXCELLENT perspective (as are most from @cryptoctopus) that applies not only to writing an intro post, but some key principles about the nature of this platform, the nature of reputation within it, and the winning approach to contributing to the community and ensuring long-term success.

His "Steemit.com - Strategy to Increase User Base #2 - The Personal Testimony" post also deserves a tie place for this. Both speaking to the same issue, following this advice is well-worth a test run.

(*to note: such an example of proper formatting would be to have more space between these points/paragraphs - but the editor currently seems to not be accepting 100% of markdown code today)

You just need to realise it!!"

However, as Steemit's algorithms are continually being upgraded, there may have been some changes the reward protocols for voting since the time of this writing that those wishing to use voting as a money-maker would be most wise to research the latest updates on - which could most likely be found scrolling through the Steemit, Steem, and/or Steemhelp categories.

Reasonably short for an ebook, simple, and straightforward. HIGHLY-recommended for anyone interested in hopping onboard the Steemit train and wanting to accelerate their learning curve.
