I Am A Hard Fuck Twenty (HF20) Survivor

I think that most users can agree that HF20 (what I think of as Hard Fuck Twenty) was a total shit show from a user perspective.

I had several cloudy days in a row and hence did not generate much solar power and although I had a decent charge on my netbook..that got depleted by uploading a video to D.Tube on the day of the patch. Everything seemed to be working okay but when I pressed the submit button it gave me an error saying that my 'Account needs $'...I was like 'No shit my account needs money...that is why I am posting on here to start with!' Humor aside though I decided to just chalk it up to the price of participating in a beta stage platform and just make a post on Steemit apologizing for my inability to upload and perhaps do a bit of good-natured griping about the situation. After attempting to make said post I got a new error about insufficient 'resource credits' and a rather insulting pop-up that had a button to purchase SP (Steem Power). I was like 'Well that is not fucking helpful at all!' especially since I have/had no means to purchase Steem Power. Honestly it felt kind of scammy but after reading some posts by @SteemNetwork on Twitter (of all places) I realized that ultimately the hard fork had turned into quite the hard fuck and that there were some major unforeseen bugs due to it's implementation.

Anyway I survived and I am thankful for the developers (that have probably been pulling their hair out for days now) for ironing out the kinks and implementing the necessary patches.

In closing I would like to say that for the last several days I have had to get my 'social media fix' elsewhere and every time that I did I felt like a kid who's brand new bike had broken so he was back to riding a tricycle. In other words it was a hollow and shallow experience.
