        As far as I understand it, that is your delegated steem power. Everyone starts with a certain amount of delegated steem power (that's the number you've circled) which enables our votes to have an impact of some type. If you look at some of the whales here, you can see that many of them have extremely positive delegated steem power, meaning that other people have trusted them to be good curators and added some of their steem power to that whale's SP. Some people also have negative delegated SP, which means that they have a lot of SP to give away and have delegated it to people they think are good curators.

        That's how I understand it, and someone who knows better can feel free to correct me if I'm wrong!
