steemit is the best social network.

A month and a half ago, I decided to focus some of my energy into finding new social media platform, where I could share my blog posts, and engage with people that have similar views, thoughts and interests.
After few days of searching, I found someone`s post on Facebook group about Steemit platform. As perhaps for majority of you who are reading this, it all seemed unreal. You get paid for posting stuff that you like? No way! Yet, I decided to look deeper into this Steemit.
I researched for next two days about Steemit – went through bunch of youtube videos, Facebook groups, some other random sites…And when I realized it is not some sort of spam, I told myself- why not to try this?

THERE IS NO CENSORSHIP - YOU CAN POST WHATEVER YOU WANT
That`s right! Whereas on Facebook or Instagram your content in post is restricted, on Steemit you can talk freely about anything that interests you.
Thus, not only you can share some thoughts and find people who think similar, but also you can learn something new from other Steemians, through topics that you may not be able to find on Google or Facebook.
I am not expert myself in Steemit yet, but given the fact that Steemit is founded little bit over a year, when more people join here, there would be even much more topics to cover.

ON STEEMIT, PEOPLE WILL REWARD YOUR GOOD QUALITY CONTENT
This is what I like the most about Steemit - it rewards hard work! No matter is it great quality of photos, posts that will help community, or great quality stories, Steemit will find you and you will finally feel fulfilled. There is some knowledge in all of us, and this platform is formed on a way that easily connects people with similar interests, and pulls out that creativity and knowledge from all of us. Great credit for that goes to "whales", as sooner or later they will find you and reward you for content that can benefit all of us here.

YOU WILL MEET AMAZING PEOPLE, WITH WHOM YOU CAN SHARE MUTUAL THOUGHTS AND INTERESTS
I suppose that in any social media platform you will find certain people who will support you, and you will support them.
But, since the first day I joined here, I felt so warm and welcomed, and I believe all of us feel that way. By posting content you like, sooner or later all of us connect with other Steemians who share mutual interests.
There is just some sort of that special feeling being here on Steemit and engage with people, isnt it? For all of you who read this, lets encourage ourselves and other Steemians to keep it that way :)

YOU CAN ACTUALLY MAKE MONEY BY POSTING CONTENT YOU LIKE
How amazing is that!!?
"Steemit White Paper" that describes rules of Steemit is just awesome! Just the way this platform is created is truly revolutionary. All of us can finally feel worth, because we all have something valuable that we can share. Being paid for posting content is amazing incentive to push us to be better and better, and make Steemit and society in general better!
It still feels like a dream to be here, doesn`t it ? :)

THROUGH STEEMIT, WE INVOLVE OURSELVES IN THE WORLD OF CRYPTOCURRENCIES
Some my like it and some may not, but cryptocurrencies are future for everyone! Started from bitcoin in 2009, today we have hundreds of different cryptocurrencies.
What is the greatest fact about it is that every cryptocurrency is decentralized, and it is designed through the system of blockchain.
Blockchain is a decentralized and distributed digital ledger that is used to record transactions across various PC-s, so that the record cannot be altered retroactively without the alteration of all subsequent blocks and the collusion of the network.

STEEMIT HAS ITS OWN CRYPTOCURRENCY - STEEM
What makes Steemit great is that it has its own cryptocurrency - Steem. Steem is currently worth 1.99 $, according to CryptoCurrency Market Capitalization.
We all hope that it will continues to rise :)
At any point, you can trad Steem for other cryptocurrency, depending on what is more worthwhile at certain moment.

STEEMIT IS GREAT WAY TO PROMOTE YOURSELF
If you are blogger, musician, actor, or you simply think that there is something valuable you can share with the rest of the world, Steemit is the right place to get involved in.
From my experience, among all other social media channels, I got the some of the nicest feedback here on Steemit.
Being a blogger is not an easy job, and sometimes writing is so hard...Yet, here I found an easiest way to get involved with people I like and appreciate, and share our mutual thoughts.

All in all, I guess I am lucky girl that I found this platform! :)
