Scramble Egg and Skabeche For Breakfast

Hi steemit friends! This morning I prepared these dishes for our simple breakfast. Because my mother is not around, I am the one who's responsible for the household chores since I am the oldest child who's still living in our house. Every morning I woke up at 6am to cook for breakfast but sometimes when I am in deep sleep I sometimes forget to wake up and then ended everyone late in every itenerary 😅 Then my father @iresteem started to get mad because everyone is nit making their different obligations in our house. I am the one responsible for cooking meals, washing plates, cleaning, washing some clothes, etc.

Here is how I do these dishes:

Prepare the eggs.

Onion

Beat the egg then add the onion

Add some seasonings like salt and msg. Oil for frying.

Actually, this is our breakfast yesterday but since there's still left, we ate it today 😄 The Skabeche of my father..
