The New Steemit Logo; what does it Portray??

Pictures, videos, write ups all in one platform. News/information from every sphere of life, gifts/talent being put on display. Rewards upon rewards all for using the internet. That is what brought us here together.

Hello steemians, hope we are all having a good time wherever we are? And for those I Lisbon, please don’t forget to keep us updated so we can flow along “in the spirit”. I will try to be brief in this article so take your time and get the message clearly.

It’s no news that the most promising and rewarding platform just change its looks with the most prominent and eye catching new LOGO as the center of attraction:

My sincere condolences goes to all steemians who branded a t-shirt with the old logo with the hope of showing it off at STEEMFEST2 (please don’t mind me, I’m just teasing). Personally I’m so in love with the included “night mode”. I still get the “broadcast error” message when I want to put up an article but every other thing is pretty cool. A big thanks to @ned for this masterpiece.

Back to the topic; I took a close look at the new logo and Wow!! I saw some points it could be passing out as a message for steemians so I decided to share. I’m not a good artist but I did some sketch of the new logo and some notes on them to give you a better picture of what I will be discussing. Here’s the sketch of the Logo:

Like I said don’t mind my sketch just get the message.

• If you look closely, you will observe that this new logo is a ‘Giant’ letter “S”…it’s just styled in a different format. So the best bet will be S=STEEMIT

• Taking a closer look at the Giant Styled S, I was trying to fathom why it was styled in that particular manner and I kind of figured it out, permit me to say this Big S is what I can call the PREGNANT S because the shape looks like that of a pregnant womb. I can safely say “Steemit is a Pregnant Community”
  

• Hold on but there is nothing inside the ‘womb’;
  

That’s not normal, how can you say it’s ‘pregnant’ but there is nothing in it. Then it occurred to me; the womb is left blank because you determine what you want to be inside the womb. Whatever it is that you want to bring into this platform must be harbored in the womb first and nurtured before it is brought into the community. In a simplified term, the ‘womb’ is our brain/idea that we bring into the platform.

• Okay so what else can we see?? I guess this is the easiest of all. I believe every tom, dick and harry knows what this symbol means
  

The pic above depicts CHAT which is communication/interaction. This is a strong indication that this platform is not only for ideas and rewards but also an avenue to interact with people throughout the world just like FACEBOOK AND EVERY OTHER SOCIAL MEDIA!

Now we see that there are four hidden message in that beautiful design hanging on the top corner of Steemit.com.
