My goal in this post is to deliver you a step-by-step guide on how to invest money (PHP) or POWER UP in Steemit Platform using blocktrades and Coin.ph's Ethereum wallet. The advantage of using ethereum is it will deduct lower transfer fees and has faster processing than bitcoin.
For me using blocktrades is the easiest method to use in the Philippines because it simplifies your Sending process and reduces the trouble of Investing/sending your PHP/money to steemit.com .

In this tutorial I will use https://blocktrades.us to convert ETHEREUM to SBD, you need the following :
• A coins.ph account with ETHEREUM Wallet Address
• PHP - Amount that you will Invest/POWER UP
• blocktrades.us

Note: Ethereum wallet in coins.ph is still on beta testing meaning not everyone has a wallet but in the near future it will go live.

So let’s start!

Step 1. Go to https://blocktrades.us website. Choose Ethereum to Steem Dollars/Steem/Steem Power! In this tutorial I'm gonna powering up so I will select Steem Power!

Step 2. Enter your Steem Account Name and click Get Deposit Address!

Step 3. Open your Coins.ph Mobile App and convert your Php/Money in your Peso wallet to Ethereum.

Step 4. Go to your Ethereum Wallet and click SEND.

Step 5. Select Scan QR code!

Step 6. Go back to blocktrades.us, Scan the barcode given in the page.

Step 7. Enter the Amount of Ethereum you want to Invest/Powerup.

my question is how to have a conversion of eth in coinsph.. because I dont see an option to change it via eth only btc and php is available

Nong ETH Beta testing ko mas mababa fee ng ETH from BlockTrades pero mas mataas fee ng ETH if from Coins.ph.

Bumaba na po BTC fees sa Wallet providers, mataas lang sa altcoin exchanges :)
