One of the biggest crimes that are seen in Steemit is plagiarism, a cause of many closed accounts or put in an unusable state then to avoid falling into that type of act first to know what is plagiarism, BEGIN:
- What is plagiarism ?: "Plagiarism is derived from two Latin words, Plagiarism means kidnapper, and plagiarism: stealing." According to the Random House Rabbit Dictionary, plagiarism is defined as the use or imitation of the language and the thought of another authorship and the representation of them as their own original work Academic and journalistic plagiarism is a very old and unfortunate practice ... However, with the arrival of the Internet, the map extends almost everywhere, taking new forms. " Source
If you can see at the end of the paragraph above, you will find the source of the information that I gave you about the plagiarism, in which case I did not have it, I was falling into that crime; Why you should avoid it: avoid the fact of copying and pasting content that is not our responsibility and in such a case that the same thing is done as the corresponding source, in Steemit there are many users have dedicated themselves to their work group to detect this type of acts and proceed to the community, in the case of the Hispanic voice @cervantes in a project called @lince, which is dedicated to find the posts dedicated to plagiarize, the project @lince is operating on the platform since February 2017 detecting in all this time miles of message committing plagiarism, here I will leave the profile of @lince for you to visit:*

Avoid falling into these types of acts since all our effort and time spent would be losing its value, in case of knowing or find a post which this plagiarizing information can be put in touch with @lince or @cheetah so they automatically report them to the community; If you want to register your post and place a copyright here I leave the following page:
Hey man, I'm Oatmeal Joey Arnold, and good advice but sometimes people steal from others and they may copyright, patent, post, buy up, the things, and the creators will then be in trouble for posting or sharing the stuff that was actually theirs and there is Fair Use and things that are in the Public Domain as well. So, all of this can be debated and can be complex. Government can become too big as they try to regulate all of this. Many people go to Steemit because they do not like how Facebook goes about all of this.
Facebook tries to tell you what you can and cannot write and post and share whether it be copyrighted or not, or patented or not, or whether it be other people's work or not, or alleged hate speech or free speech or not, or this thing or that thing or other things. And Facebook is not the only website doing it. And many people around the world hate what Facebook is doing in regards to alleged plagiarizing or stealing or using unapproved stuff and so on and so forth, etc etc. Food for thought.
