So how do you motivate yourself?
Is low pay out ruining your day? Seldom visited post in this platform? Or no community that support?
Well, that's our problem as minnows or planktons in this world of Steemit. How will you overcome this kind of discouragement?
I am here today to share the story of the Chinese Bamboo Tree. Let us learn from the farmer not to quit.
The Chinese Bamboo Tree hides a very nice story that can be applied to our life.
It is said that a farmer planted a bamboo seed. Everyday, he keeps on coming to water it and nurture the soil until 4 years. In this 4 years time, only a small bulb shows up on the ground. Another 1 year he waited to see its leaves to grow. Within this 5 years that he waited, he sees it grow in 5 weeks from 75-90 feet tall. Tall enough for it to bend on the higher end.
Now, did the bamboo tree grow within 5 weeks? The answer is NO....because if the farmer stop to water and nurturing the soil, them maybe it died. It grows during the 5 years underground. It become strong during the 5 years foundation in order for it to stand tall and strong.
People always wanted to see the results fast. Some just died because it didn't happen quickly. Well ..I am not saying that we wait for 5 years but, don't we realize that if we dream of something, let us not stop watering and nurturing our accounts. Let us hope and have faith in ourselves because it will lead us to a high payout,higher SP, with big STEEM and and savings. Let us continue steeming.

It's not about money.
It's about audience.
You probably don't have team of people and loads of money to spend on marketing.
Than your only option (if you're not some gifted genius) is to build audience on platform like Steemit.
You need constant quality work. It's not about pennies today, it's about future.
Just like Dtube would be nothingTube if it wasn't kickstarted on Steemit.

We have to learn every day.
Being blacksmith making horseshoes was "secure job" for hundreds of years. But with automobiles, within couple of decades, it suddenly wasn't needed. And most blacksmiths became "dead meat" overnight.
In online World, everything changes within months. If we don't learn news stuff and explore the online World, we can become "dead meat" easily.
I'm in online biz for about 15 years, and I've found myself losing track everytime I because lazy or just selfassured the business I have would last.
