The people who did the 165 upvotes had much more power than the 236 upvotes, thus the discrepancy in money earned. I'm not too sure about the other two though :)

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

  • Disagreement on rewards
  • Fraud or plagiarism
  • Hate speech or trolling
  • Miscategorized content or spam
