Steem Works: A Funding Mechanism for a Worker Proposal System

in steemit •  7 years ago

We would love to see a decentralized worker proposal system here! Thank you for the mention and link to this post!

The main argument against doing worker proposals the way Dash and Bitshares do it is the effort to include a system like this in a hard fork. While we can each try to make our own systems, @steemit gets the majority of the interest and we could do this with no hard fork if an app was built to do it decentralized and Steemit Inc agreed to fund the app out of @steemit interest.

If steemit inc has to fund it then its not decentralized. The argument against doing a hard fork is the same argument used by core to not increase the blocksize, it's a stupid one to keep status quo
At some point the community will have to stop begging steemit inc for protocols changes because its been pretty clear that they don't want to give up any of their stake.

I agree, this sounds to me like a socialistic approach, which by no means is truly decentralized. The protocols were designed to incentivise members to strive to create value.

But, you're a piece of shit scammer and nobody in their right mind, besides the ignorant sheep that follow you, would trust you with anything.

I appreciate you bringing down techslut, it was so epic, I still appreciate that gesture because there really was a problem with the optics of seeing such shitty posts getting so much of the rewards pool, it makes the whole blockchain loo cheap as if is showing we actually value such bullshit so i glad u took hr and some other spoiled entitled users down a notch!

Hi man how do I upload an avatar??

Hi, you're from that country
