Steem as a solution.

Decentralized economies such as Steem could be the solution.

We haven't seen much trading going on on Steem though, and I would love to see some people selling items both virtually and in real life for Steem currency.

Steem offers the kind of stability that no other cryptocurrency does. Right now, the currency is called Steemdollars. I believe that we should change that price feed to something that has intrinsic value and has a proven track record, gold or silver for example. Perhaps we could let everyone create smart assets like we could on the Bitshares network, to get a more diverse range of currencies to choose from.

There are going to be so many bullion dealers in here, in the future.

It was the government who made most of our lives miserable. Huge financial insitutions are getting richer and richer that we can't even comprehend how rich they are and the people around them people who has no control or connections are lost and drawn in poverty.

Steam, unlike the dollar does not burn. xD

Interesting view. I surely want steem to become a popular currency.
It would be very practical when you will be able to use steem dollars in many Countries allowing you to travel without having to purchase local currency.

title is a bit misleading before the federal reserve we did have more free markets in America but is a totally free market possible?

Not as long as the state exists, but as it reached its apotheosis in the last century, its days are numbered and shrinking all the faster as the cryptocurrency revolution and related technological advances gain momentum.

free market was always a lie....all we have is welfare state involuntarily funded byus and instead of free trade we got government sponsored monopolies like Google and Amazon.
