How can I find out who has delegated Steem Power to another user?steemCreated with Sketch.

I happened to find a post that had been voted down to such an extent that I had to click on the "Display" button to view it. I thought I'd check to see who voted it down and when I looked at the users wallet I saw the following.

So this user appears to have been delegated 116,000 Steem Power but I can't work out where it came from. I looked through the transaction history for the user and although I can see some Steempower transfers there is nothing to explain the 116,000 SP that has been delegated (as far as I could see anyway)

How can I find out who has delegated the SP?

Can anyone help?

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:
