What is a mutual follow and why is it so important? Follow anybody can be counter productive?

A mutual follow is when you follow someone and he follow you back.
It's pretty simple, but why is it so important?
Mutual follow will allow you too:
- Show your followers you will follow them back
- Create a more sharable and friendly environment
- Share only with people who want to share with you
- Creating a trust enter you and your followers
- Start locally with your follow and then you grow slowly
- Why following people don't care about you? They might not deserve it finally
- Increase more fast the number of your follower
- Give upvote to your mutual followers and they might give it you back
Start the rebellion and stop following people who don't even care for you.
One upvote from a whale is not an excuse to follow him for ever if he forget you after.
Together we are more strong!
