I'm doing my best to research but I'm not as informed as you or at least don't grasp it fully yet, Thanks again.

I came to the platform with a limited knowledge of bitcoin and cryptocurrency. Taking some time to read the whitepaper and also educate yourself on bitcoin and steemit will really help you to be able to talk with others about the platform. Being able to answer things like "where does the money come from?," "Why does bitcoin have value?," and "Is this a pyramid scheme?" are all questions you should be able to answer if you are going to talk to certain people without being frustrated.

I have found that there are those with immense talent that simply do not have time management skills. They say they would like to get going on steemit, but make excuses and instead you usually see them up at 2am on facebook and then claim they don't have any time.

Best to introduce the platform to people, check their interest levels and maybe help them with a post or two and see if they are people you could work with and rely on.

Cryptocurrency is very misunderstood, so I'd recommend Andreas Antonopolous Articles and books as well as immersing youself in podcasts. I'm pretty smart in the tech world, but it took me a while to figure up how to set up a miner for cryptocurrencies and what mining is and why anything has value.

If you see the value of companies using bitcoin like purse.io (15% or more off on amazon products) you can start to see how big bitcoin will be.

It is not user friendly or widely adapted yet, but you have the chance to be ahead of the game in many respects. Early adopters still have a chance for some great rewards :)
