Is this really happening with Steem?

I look at the Binance wallet and it looks like activity and transfers are happening

But people claim Binance is only allowing transfers to Justin Sun owned/controlled accounts.

What is really happening here?

        Binance looks supporting Justin Sun. I support Sun than previous exsiting witnesses. They are freaking rotten.

              Yea I think others are too, not sure why people are still saying Binance isn't letting them. Spreading lies.
