Day 41 π Weight: 81,2 kg
Hey Friends,
right now the Weights just a little stagnant but Im dead sure im in a high Deficite!
Im making a last Sprint for my last 20 Days of Diet πββοΈ
Right now my daily Calorie Deficite should be around 2000 Calories.
Im eating 2000 Calories but am burning 4000.
Just by beeing more active throughout the Day!
Im working out heavily in the morning, in the afternoon i usually take a walk with my Dog and afterwards im watching the Worldcup of Soccer in my Infrared-Sauna π©βπ«
Stay strong the last couple of Weeks and lets sprint this Fat down,
