I love egg in every form . Actually I m creazy about it . then I realise is it good to eat 4 to 5 eggs a day? Well thats too much egg for a day . But it is okay to have 3 whole egg per day for a healthy people .
Eggs consistently raise HDL cholesterol. Eggs are much higher in omega-3s and important fat-soluble vitamins (44, 45).Egg's white part contain 4 gm of protien, 55 mg of sodium and 17 calories. Egg white also contain 1.3 micrograms of folate, 6.6 mcg of selenium, 2.3 mg of calcium, 3.6 mg of magnesium, and 4.9 mg of phosphorus and 53.8 mg of potassium.
Egg yolk has around 55 calories, 4.5 grams of total fat and 1.6 grams of saturated fat, 210 mg of cholesterol, 8 mg of sodium, and 2.7 grams of protein.Eggs also contain decent amounts of vitamin D, vitamin E, vitamin K, vitamin B6, calcium and zinc.
#1. It is true that it is heigh in cholesterol, but eggs does not adversely affect cholesterol in the blood for the 70% of people. Other 30% cholesterol could raise mildly.
#2.Egg contain Choline, which is very important substance. It is used to build cell membranes and has a role in producing signaling molecules in the brain.
#3.Eggs reduce risk of heart disease, also reduce the risk of stroke.
#4. Eggs are also good for eye health.
#5. Eggs also help to loose weight.
