According to the FAQ section of Steemit:
Am I allowed to create more than one account?
Each user is allowed only one paid-for account created via Steemit.com, however users are allowed to create multiple accounts on the blockchain. Creating additional accounts on the blockchain requires users to pay their own account creation fee for any additional accounts.
However, I know of at least one person who has four Steemit accounts:
@thediyworld
@diy-electronics
@blogger101
@trtechtactical
While he most likely signed up for the extra accounts using names and phone numbers of family members, he is still the one doing all the posting and voting on Steemit.
This seems to go against the spirit of community and fair play that is encouraged on Steemit. What do you think about this practice? Is it cheating? Unethical?
Also, what do you think about upvoting your own posts? This member also does this. Seems cheesy. Like picking up a penny off the sidewalk...
i always like to have the first upvotes on my post but i agree you shouldn't do what he is doing.

I find it ironic the people upvoting his content are only following him too. Odd. Or is it? Could be he's covering his tracks better now that his last 3 accounts have been outed. Personally I think those 3 should be deleted since he didn't pay for them.

I am not sure Shiftless Dad is really going to make any real US dollars with his strategy of upvoting himself. He seems concerned with keeping his "normal " viewers on the top of the comments heap (I'm not sure what that does?) If he can wait two years...and Steem-pie is still around maybe he will cash in. Not buying any pampers with this venture today for sure.

He begs his subs on youtube to come over and help him by upvoting his blogs but they won't come and he has over 100000 subs. Something is wrong with this guy and I think it's greed.

O'l Troy is always looking for a way to skirt the system. If he spent half the effort he does scamming at a mediocre job his family could live like Human Beings.
Notice I said his family. Troy I think not.
