Hi there many thanks for the info. How do I invest in or buy the crypto currency Steem from my third world African country with our limited crypto exchanges and fiat currency, using only a debit card or online banking? Keen to invest in this worthwhile altcoin/token.

      Thanks Dewey I watched the video, it looks straight forward enough. It seems anyone can register and trade from their local exchanges, by sending coins to Bittrex, trading, and sending back, so this is what I was looking for. You have helped this noob. Much appreciated.

          I just went to the Bittrex website. It looks interesting although at present they are too congested to accept any new registrations, so I will observe for now, and see if it opens up again in time. Many thanks.

            I discovered the "buy" button on my account and see that https://blocktrades.us/ it used to buy Steem from here, although also currently lagging until earlier transactions completed. So I will look into them too.
