When buying votes, could there be a limit profit a voting bot would need to provide / purchase blockade upon reaching a certain bit value, so buyers' vote purchases aren't spoiled by steemers who buy votes that exceed the voting capacity of a bot?

It seems less profitable than I thought, but people are spending a lot on votes anyway. I guess the sellers will provide whatever buyers want
