@steemvote practice of promising & marketing what he doesn't deliver has take me to the point of firing him as resteemer. I will not longer will use his services for not delivering what he claims. Got sick of wasting 0.5 Steem.

If I cry for wasting Steem value at $3 USD, what would be the pain and gains of those paying services in SBD when they realized they are wasting $10 US per SBD burned ?

@marcoagarcia3rd: I did hire @steemvote for resteeming not for upvoting. I would not have hired him on 0.500 Steem just for resharing because that is expensive in terms of the number of followers.
But I did end up hiring him because his upvotes (he has several accounts) ended generating minimum 0.300 Steem which in turn would reduce resteeming cost to 0.200 which is fair.
His problem is claiming 100% guaranteed upvote and not delivering . And since he joke on me twice I did proceed to take action.
I do pay for anyone resteeming my posts. But I don't accept liers

That is correct. He should not sell or talk about upvotes. If he did so, then no problem. His problem is laying, and no one likes to be scammed. Technically he is an scammer for failing his word or marketing what he cannot deliver
